當(dāng)周圍(wéi)空(kōng)氣溫度(dù)為(wéi)15-35℃,相對(duì)濕度不大於80%時,補償(cháng)導綫的(dí)綫(xiàn)芯(xīn)間(jiān)和綫芯與(yǔ)屏蔽層(céng)之(zhī)間的絕(jué)緣(yuán)電阻(zǔ)每10米不小(xiǎo)於(yú)5MΩ。

物理機械(xiè)性(xìng)能

一般用(yòng)補償導綫的絕(jué)緣層和護套(tào)的(dí)物理性(xìng)能(néng)和(hé)老化性(xìng)能應(yīng)符合表規定(dìng)。

 防潮性能

耐熱(rè)用補(bǔ)償導綫應(yīng)經(jīng)受環境(jìng)溫度(dù)40±2℃,相對濕(shī)度(dù)95±3%,歷(lì)時(shí)24小(xiǎo)時防潮性能(néng)試驗後,補(bǔ)償導綫的綫(xiàn)芯間和綫(xiàn)芯與(yǔ)屏(píng)蔽層之(zhī)間(jiān)的絕緣電(diàn)阻每(měi)米(mǐ)不(bù)小(xiǎo)於(yú)25 MΩ。

低溫(wēn)卷繞性能

一般用(yòng)補償(cháng)導(dǎo)綫應經受-20℃的低溫(wēn)卷繞試(shì)驗後,用(yòng)目力觀察卷繞(rào)在試(shì)棒上的試(shì)樣(yàng)的(dí)絕緣層應無任何裂(liè)紋(wén)。

 彎曲(qū)半徑

有銅帶屏蔽的補償(cháng)電(diàn)纜, 應不小於(yú)電纜(lǎn)外(wài)徑的16倍;

其(qí)它結(jié)構的(dí)補償電(diàn)纜(lǎn), 應不(bù)小(xiǎo)於(yú)電纜外(wài)徑(jìng)的(dí)10倍

 

耐(nài)熱性能

耐(nài)熱(rè)用補償導綫(xiàn)應經受(shòu)220±5℃歷(lì)時(shí)24小時耐熱性能試驗(yàn)後(hòu),立(lì)即將(jiāng)試(shì)樣(yàng)在5倍其直徑的圓柱體(tǐ)上(shàng)彎曲180度後應(yīng)表(biǎo)麵(miàn)無(wú)裂(liè)紋,補(bǔ)償導(dǎo)綫(xiàn)的(dí)綫芯間(jiān)和綫芯(xīn)與(yǔ)屏蔽層之間(jiān)的(dí)絕(jué)緣電(diàn)阻(zǔ)每(měi)米(mǐ)不(bù)小於(yú)25MΩ。
